Descriptions

The plant features numerous feathery, needle-like leaves that are reduced to scales along the stem. Flowers are small, white, or greenish-white in color arranged in racemes or clusters along the stem. Fruits are small, round berries that turn red when mature. Each berry contains one to three seeds.
